Let’s be real — there are a lot of reasons people don’t love going to the gym, and most of them totally make sense. For some, it’s that awkward, self-conscious feeling, like everyone’s watching or silently judging, especially if you’re new or don’t feel “fit enough.” Then there’s the crowd factor — waiting around for equipment or squeezing into packed spaces is nobody’s idea of fun.
